My name is Lisa, and I'll be guiding you through your bio-density sessions here at Stronger Bones Charlotte.

I understand your concerns about bone health firsthand. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis myself, and traditional treatment bisphosphonates weren't a good fit for me.

I tried different options, including osteo strong near me and other bio-density facilities. While the machines showed great promise, I felt something was missing – a personalized approach that went beyond just operating the equipment.  Both companies equipment does the same thing, they are designed by the same person.

That's why I underwent training from the bio-density company to become  certified. I've also been using the bio-density machine myself  and I'm happy to report I've seen significant improvement – my osteoporosis has reversed to osteopenia! 

I will be walking you through the bio-density session, I  Knows exactly how you feel especially when the doctor told you results and scared the heck out of you.

I'm not a doctor, but I'm passionate about health and believe this can help you. Many experts recommend dietary changes, proper mineral intake, and resistance training. These are all areas I'm knowledgeable about and can discuss with you.

I'll be with you every step of the way, offering empathy and guidance based on my own experience.

Our current location is at our home in The Reserve community.

 We've chosen to operate from home to keep costs low and offer the best possible rates to our clients. Moving to a traditional office space would incur substantial overhead costs, such as rent, utilities, and insurance, which would inevitably  double your cost per month.

Training:

The bio-density company provides comprehensive training and certification that we went through. This includes learning proper operation and passing a test to ensure user confidence.

While the software handles calculations, our main focus is ensuring proper posture and breathing techniques for each client during their sessions.
